As resident chef, Pete Nolasco led the Creative Arts Cooking Demonstrations all 24 days of the Fair. Audience members enjoyed this free activity where Nolasco showcased three Texas-inspired daily recipes featuring ingredients from our local agricultural industry. To generate media interest, our idea was to have Chef Pete use his ice carving skills to promote the free cooking demonstrations while highlighting some of the featured ingredients.
